Hello Ubisoft,
during last 1-2 weeks your authentication very often fails and it is impossible to login into game for several hours. It has happened repeatedly only on CZ server, on DE and Testing the authentication has been working as expected.
You don't have it reported as we are not able to even log into forum (through malfunctioning authentication) and it is extremely slow. So to write you about this bug requires at least 30min and a lot patience that nobody has...
I am currently using "working window".
Also let me inform you that this bug cost me thousands of pumpkins as I was impacted also during my enabled bonus from Easter tree and I have not been able to send my Explorers over more than half a day.
Btw the latest issue happened today around 2-4am.
Thank you for providing us such a "good quality product", even though the improvement during last 3 years is visible.
