    Current Performance Issues

    Last annotated status is always the current and continuing status, even if do not give each hour individual feedback.

    Currently, the delays have our highest attention and we continue to work on a solution.

    Last feedback thus still:
    We'd like to examine in detail the issues that have been reported to us since the last update before we enable new content. Thank you very much for your patience. We will be providing new information about the event this week, and by then we will have a close look at the game performance. We are still working on it.
    UPDATE 18.02.2019
    We deployed a new version on the test server, which includes a possible improvement for the latency.
    Please join the test server on www.tsotesting.com and share your feedback with us.

    Hello Settlers!

    The game world was opened approximately 09:49 CET today. Once we confirm that the latency issues are fixed then we can activate the Valentines Event. This should be anytime this week so please stay tuned.
