už jsem chtěl napsat 3x na podporu, ale nejde to . jsem přihlášený ale chce to po mě email. a kam ho jako mám zadat?

and how many days it will take to receive a reply? it is already----- 23.3. 2020 08:07 --- many days and no reply, just the autoemail, that my question has been received.

Again a problem now I have faced, so how many days/weeks I have to wait?
