There will be a few more performance-related fixes in the next update after the February release, including more Zone Refresh fixes. We are continuously monitoring reports on what triggers a longer and more laggy zone refresh so we can work on specific areas where the greatest occurrences of lag occur. These fixes are planned for the version after the Valentine event.

you can report to BB, that again dev team failed in some promised bug fix...
Unfortunately buff Lead Soldiers still behave as Igor with only 9h duration after application by friend. But it should last at least 24h....Quote:
