Could you tell me more about the issue? How long has it been since you lost the guild chat, and how many in your guild are affected?
The chat server normally auto-corrects itself and the guild chat should return after some time. Otherwise, please contact Support or you can send me a message for assistance.

Sorry for the late reply.
This was more of a report for chat partial fail, from the way the guild chat failed, i was logged as guild member, checked for officer status, given both chat channels and then for some reason guild one failed. It unusual that officer remained, that was the meaning of the report.
