Is that means, another Lucky Explorer will be avaible to purchase for footballs?

Hello Kolaps,

Yes for players who could not purchase the Lucky Explorer from the event category after purchasing one Lucky Explorer for Gems from the Black Market category.
Players who already purchased the Lucky Explorer (for footballs) from the Event category will not be able to buy one more from the Event category.

Dear settlers,

The issue in the Mountain Clan Campaign's Unknown Regions mentioned here (https://forum.thesettlersonline.cz/threads/3416-Change-log-25.07.2018?p=19278&viewfull=1#post19278) is now working as intended following the game hotfix on Thursday, 9th of August.
