I believe it was not wise that crisis quest was not announced in advance. Anyone who recently started updating barracs to level 5 or 6 was effectively banned from completing the quest.

Hi A_T_F,

It is unfortunate for players who just started upgrading their barracks to level 5 and the crisis quest started. However, crisis quests are intended to be a surprise event to simulate a "crisis". You may already have set plans in motion then, out of nowhere, bandits attack. You'll just have to make a decision, whether it will be worth it to use gems or to just wait it all out.
