New skills and Skill Tree for Generals in the Science System

Dear Settlers,

With the upcoming update of the Science System, a third skill tree will become available for every player.
After the deployment on May 16, 2017 it will be possible to set and adjust Skills for your Generals!

Asi by to chtělo český překlad, co jaký skill znamená. Půlce nerozumím. Dokud nebudou všechny novinky uvedeny v rodném jazyce, tak tu moc zpětných reakcí neočekávejte.

Great job guys with skill tree + even more greater idea is to get even for all players, so that everybody can get all MMA´s. thanx goooood job guys:)
