Dear Settlers,
On the 13th of October we had to inform our Community about changes regarding future communications (http://forum.thesettlersonline.cz/threads/2592).
Recently, several Community members posted their concerns or got in touch with the Customer Support Team to point out they are not happy about the changes. Switching the website communication to English is not as comfy as it was before. Sadly there are currently no plans to revert the changes. Our goal is to continue offering you the best gaming experience with a Czech language version including all up-to-date feature updates and native customer support. Everything remains the same with the exception of the website news and forum announcements, that will continue to be posted in English.
Please understand that sending petitions to support will have a negative impact on the service for players who are seeking game help. We understand that you need and want to express your opinion and share your feedback. Nevertheless strictly speaking, petitions or flooding support are a violation of the rules.
Even though this statement might not be what you expected, let's please focus on forum translations for all players who are not capable of understanding English. With the help of the Community, it is possible to provide translations of important forum posts like Sneak Peeks and Dev Diaries. If you want to help with offering Czech text versions, please do not hesitate to get in touch with BB_Lyedra (http://forum.thesettlersonline.cz/members/491487)!
