Changes in communication

Dear Settlers,


On the 13th of October we had to inform our Community about changes regarding future communications (http://forum.thesettlersonline.cz/threads/2592).


Recently, several Community members posted their concerns or got in touch with the Customer Support Team to point out they are not happy about the changes. Switching the website communication to English is not as comfy as it was before. Sadly there are currently no plans to revert the changes. Our goal is to continue offering you the best gaming experience with a Czech language version including all up-to-date feature updates and native customer support. Everything remains the same with the exception of the website news and forum announcements, that will continue to be posted in English.


Please understand that sending petitions to support will have a negative impact on the service for players who are seeking game help. We understand that you need and want to express your opinion and share your feedback. Nevertheless strictly speaking, petitions or flooding support are a violation of the rules.


Even though this statement might not be what you expected, let's please focus on forum translations for all players who are not capable of understanding English. With the help of the Community, it is possible to provide translations of important forum posts like Sneak Peeks and Dev Diaries. Because the topic is very important for everybody, I organized a translation for you:


Vážní osadníci,


13. října jsme informovali naši komunitu o změnách v komunikaci.


Nedávno se několik členů komunity rozhodlo poslat svoje připomínky na zákaznickou podporu, aby vyjádřili svůj nesouhlas se změnami. Změnou komunikace na hlavní straně na angličtinu není komunikace tak pohodlná, jako byla předtím. Bohužel, nejsou aktuálně plány na návrat zpět. Náš cíl je poskytnout vám hraní v české verzi hry, včetně novinek a zákaznické podpory v rodném jazyce. Všechno toto zůstane při starém, s výjimkou zpráv na hlavní straně a fóru, které budou v angličtině.


Prosím, vezměte na vědomí, že zahlcení podpory má za následek negativní vliv pro hráče, kteří hledají pomoc. Chápeme, že chcete vyjádřit svůj názor. Ale petice a zahlcování podpory je proti pravidlům.


I když toto vyjádření nemusí být to, co jste očekávali, prosím soustřeďme se na překlad oznámení na fóru pro hráče, kteří nerozumí angličtině. S pomocí komunity je možné přeložit podstatná oznámení jako Sneak Peek nebo vývojářské deníčky.
